In an effort to keep costs down we will handle all Return and Refund requests manually rather than pay a 3rd party provider service. Use the data fields to the right (or below on mobile) to send us the information requested and we will get back to you as soon as we can to get your request started. Bear in mind that cash refunds are rare and could be subject to a large re-stock fee if granted. Replacements are always free when we are at fault. We are committed to getting the outcome you initially came to the store to find- to replace your remote. We will do everything we can to help you achieve that goal.
